My style combines therapeutic deep tissue work with a calming, restorative approach, so each session is customized to meet your individual needs. Whether you're looking for pain relief, stress reduction, or simply time to unwind!
I offer Deep Tissue, Swedish, Craniosacral Therapy, Prenatal Massage, and Reiki, and I believe massage should be both effective and deeply relaxing. My goal is for every client to leave feeling lighter, more balanced, and better than when they arrived.”
